The successful applicant will fulfill the following duties in his or her region:
- Recruiting new AEA members in conjunction with AEA Membership Directors
- Leading state representative meetings at AEA events.
- Recruiting and empowering AEA State Representatives.
- Mentoring Educators
- Coordinating Events
- Participating in a monthly AEA leadership call
